Due to the perishable nature of our premium matcha, we are unable to accept returns on opened food products to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day window from the date of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged.
- 3.Ship the Item
Once your request is approved, securely package the unopened tin and ship it back to our warehouse using the provided return label.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
